It is very important for all cat lovers as well as cat haters to sign this petition. Let's get these disease ridden felines off the street and into a facility that can begin to address the chronic diseases and injuries of these poor pitiful creatures. It is not their fault that nobody wants them or that their owners dumped them off to fend for themselves, which contrary to what many people believe, most strays are unable to survive on their own.
Cat lovers will relish in the thought of all the help our furry feline friends will receive at this new facility, it will keep the dying and starving, dehydrated cats off the streets, it will give them a warm home and plenty of food, a chance for a second life. We all need a second chance.

This will save the experience of going for a hamburger at a drive-thru in Red Bluff and having to encounter the begging pests or worse yet, nobody likes to witness the frequently ran over, dead cats in the parking lots on your way to have a nice dinner.
