Stop Nestle and other companies from bottling and selling water from California during the drought

Many people in the state of California have no water coming out of their faucets and still have to pay water bills. Rates are being raised while fines are being issued for residents that use almost any water. The ground is literally sinking from the water lose. Farmers have to stop growing the food that feeds our country and making food prices rise. But these water bottling companies will not stop bottling, Most of Nestle's permits are expired by 27 years according to local news.
