End of lethal use on dogs by police

Every year 10,000 dogs are killed just protecting their owners.

My new mission is to find a tool for police to carry example: as they do for people with tazers and stun guns. Something To subdue and not kill an animal. Especially one just protecting the people they love.

The animals do not have a voice so we need to be it.
