Dog eating in China

Facebook has been displaying animal brutality, torture / Dog eating in China. These images and the fact that this is happening daily, makes me sick to my stomach. I didn't sleep for days after viewing this. Out of site out of mind makes things easier to ignore. Once you see it, changes your life and perspective. Millions of dogs are killed and brutally tortured. These are pets, they are our companions! A man's best friend. It breaks my heart to know this is happening, and have not yet been stopped. I want to know how I can contribute? This absolutely, without a DOUBT needs to STOP. Please advise. Thank you
