Demand to end discriminating against emotional support roosters, and there owners! Now!!

A 79 year old Deltona resident, recently had to destroy her emotional support rooster because, the city would not grant a variance, or ( exeption) on ordinance 10-2016 for a support animal. Unexeptable! We want a amendment on ordinance 10-2016 to include. One emotional support rooster, allowable, with a letter from there health care provider, stating it is for there emotional support.
