Ban Smoking in the Disney Resort

It is a scientific fact that second hand smoke can cause cancer, heart disease, and respiratory disease. Additionally, some people are allergic to cigarette smoke, or just abhor the smell of it. The Disney Resort allows smoking in the theme parks, officially only in designated areas. However, people smoke in other areas of the parks, in the tram waiting area, in the parking lots, and in line for security and the entrance line. Also, smoking is permitted anywhere in the Downtown Disney promenade. I propose that smoking be banned in the parks, and allowed only in designated areas of the Esplanade and Downtown Disney and further that the designated smoking areas should be in the less-traveled sections of the Esplanade and Downtown Disney.
