Stop the Yulin Dog Meat Festival!

The Yulin dog meat festival is an annual celebration held in Yulin, Guangxi, China, during the summer solstice in which festival goers eat dog meat and lychees. The festival spans about ten days during which it is estimated that 10,000–15,000 dogs are consumed. This needs to be stopped! Animals are stolen from their homes, burned, skinned and killed in other in human ways that need to stop.

We have created this petetion as a school project, before that I (Kayla) had signed an online petition that was to stop the festival which over 3 million people had signed. OUr aim is to have as many signatures that we can online and in our whole school so we can create awareness about this terrible subject.
