Noise Pollution and Children Safety

We the residents of Middletown Village in Middletown Delaware would like our children to play in the safe environment of our local park. We feel the children playing in the streets of Middletown Villiage can dangerous to both properties, people and motorist. We would like all residents to consider sgining this petition to help us enforce this matter.
