Reenstate route #15

Route #15 was a major transportation vehicle for residences of the Murray Hill community. Fare prices have gon up and there are no transfers. Route #32 and #14 are inaccessible to many of the residences. It is now harder to get to stores, doctor visits, medical facilities and their place of employment. Reder's now have to catch two or three buses to reach their destinations. From Post and Edgewood to Lenox and Edgewood where you catch the #14 is without sidewalks for about a third of the way. The #32 route runs hourly whereas the #14 runs around every thirty minutes, so the connection has a long wait period. Many rider's are late for work and have to take a Lift or Uber.
