Lengthen jail time and fines for animal abuse!

Plenty of animals are killed and tortured every day. This concerns me for the animals that never got a chance at life. Why should they be treated any worse than others? If we make the consequences worse, it may affect the situation. I believe that we should make animal abuse a maximum penalty.
