Denying a reduction in Prison Sentence for a Convicted Killer

Being the uncle of Cassie Jo Stoddart, I believe that her life was ended long before her time. I was in the courtroom when both Torey Adamcik and Brian Draper were tried for her murder. As expected each one of these killers put the blame on each other. They both lied to the police when they were questioned about their whereabouts when Cassie was brutally stabbed 29 times. After their stories started to fall apart Brian Draper confessed to the police that both he and Adamcik killed Cassie. He even took the police the the Blackrock area where they tried to destroy the evidence that was used to convict these two cold blooded killers. The police discovered the video that these so called amateur movie makers made describing who the were planning on murdering. I could go on and on about these two killers  but I don't want to waste time  trying to convict this murderer after he has already be convicted.

I am submitting this petition to counter the petition to retry Torey Adamcik for the murder he has already been convicted of. I was in the courtroom when the verdict was read and all I could hear was the Adamcik family crying out that justice was not served. On that day justice was served and the Honorable Judge McDermott did his DUTY that was placed upon his shoulders. I only hope and pray that our family does not have sit through another trial showing the brutality of this MURDER.
