National Grid has proposed to the PUC yet another rate increase for distribution, which will result in another major increase for electric and gas customers in RI. The PUC approved an increase in August stating the company had to recoup its electric loses, yet its hard to understand how a the same company can afford to give its top executives over a million dollar raise each last period.
