Bring the Biscuits Back!

I remember the days when after an inspiring couple of hours of worship and preaching, we were able to quench our thirst with good coffee or a cup of tea and hold back those mid-morning hunger pangs with a custard cream or chocolate bourbon until we got home.

But without explanation, one day those biscuits just disappeared. Biscuits that were part of the culture of our Christian community, part of our DNA!!

Yes, the kids would excitedly run upstairs and grab them by them by the handful and parents with young kids would be sneaking a few early snacks before the service was finished. But who cares, we are generous of heart and watching a child savour a treat brings joy to the heart. :)

So this is a message to the Kingsgate Church Executive Biscuit Committee - BRING BACK OUR BISCUITS!

My call to action today is sign this petition and let you feelings be known. We want our biscuits back! Bring back our joy!
