fanfiction.net, respond to your users when there are problems

Fanfiction.net is a great site. It allows you to read and review stories and make friends and they will write stories for you, but the admins prefer to stay silent about problems ( like last year when the site would go down every other day and stay down for hours and everybody would freak out because they couldn't submit their stories, days when you didn't get emails about new stories, new stories missing, or missing chapters or no messages or hits) They just don't like hearing from their users and ignore them. Sending an email to the so called support staff does not help. It's like talking to a wall. Let's show them that this type of behavior is not tolerated.
