Single tier state pension for ALL uk pensioners

A new single tier pension will be intoduced in April 2016 but only for new pensioners.
 The vast majority of pensioners who have worked and contributed for up to fifty years will be left on a far lower second rate pension. This is blatently unfair and infringes millions of UK citizens human rights and if nessesary the UK government will be challanged in the court of human rights.
