Free the Falls

People wanting to see the Water Falls in Wichita Falls can't see the Water Falls for the trees growing up across the bank. There is no signage explaining how to park and walk and see the Falls. I would also like to see a bridge from the abandoned Falls Hotel for people to park and walk across to see The Falls up close and personal.
