HELP CONTROL THE PET POPULATION!!

Hey everyone, I know you have heard this all before. I work for a gassing facility in South Louisiana. I know first hand that todays pet population is completely out of control. We need for our Legislature nation wide, to mandate spay and neuter, and require that all breeders be licensed and not sell without a spay neuter requirement. Please lets get our voices heard!! Sign this petition and lets try and make a difference, so that I and others don't have to watch the needless killing of wonderful family companions!
We the undersigned have had enough of the needless euthanizing of helpless and wonderful companions, due to the sensless individuals that refuse to spay and neuter, and due to the breeders that do not require spay/neuter of the pets they sell. Backyard breeders are the worst. We have so many pets that are trapped and turned into shelters everyday, that there needs to be something done. We demand that something be done!!
