Terminate Tiffany: PIH Downey Residents & Alumni Demand Change

Please sign this petition to show your support in terminating the current PIH-Downey residency manager, Tiffany Mendoza. This can be signed anonymously or signed loud and proud. If possible, please also share an experience you've had so we can demonstrate real life examples of TIffany's malignant behavior. This petition will be presented to administration. The more signatures and stories we collect, the more they can't ignore our request. 

For decades, PIH Downey resident physicians have endured emotional and verbal abuse by program manager, Tiffany Mendoza. Each of us have either shared our own stories or have been told stories of countless times she has used her power to manipulate and jeopardize our experiences as residents and our futures as attending's. This petition aims to unify every past and present PIH Downey resident by doing what our administration refuses to do: terminate Tiffany Mendoza. The mental health of our resident family and culture of the program depend on it.
