14-year-old Neol Estevez had an altercation with his bully and killed him as result. I am not condoning violence as a method to deal with the issue of bullying, but he should not be tried as an adult. The history between Noel Estevez and his bully,  Timothy Crump, s

hould not be disregarded, as his action can be percived as self-defense.  So I am starting this petition to ask New York's judicial system to have the history of these two teens in context. Noel Estevez must not be tried as an adult, since he is actually a victim of bullying epidemic.
