With all of these City Government, documents, pictures, local news medias, publications, first-hand, witnesses, irrefutably, state, all as follows,

I, am this Petition, originator, a fellow, Vietnam Veteran, who was this next door neighbor to this poverty level, fellow, Vietnam Veteran, who was a long-term, HUD Section 8 Choice Voucher, recipient, DANIEL K. REYNOLDS,
118 Lana Court (South) Building, whom I witnessed, was long-term, wantonly, chronically, exposed, to visible, black molds, mycotoxins, human, rodents, feces, urine, infectious, bacteria’s, fungi’s, diseases.

That was inspected, Annually, and each year was fraudulently, Passed.

Caused by this greedy, unconscionable, City Government, Louisville, Kentucky, Housing Authority, Director, Tim Barry, who is continuing, today, to be profiteering, with these, for-profit, multi-family, Slumlords, and Property Managers, ever since 2007 who has been awarding, City, service contracts, non-profit, HUD Grants, HUD Section 8 rents assistances.

For this City Housing Authority, Director, to successfully continue to profiteer, with these Slumlords, Property Managers, why this sickened, dying, Vietnam Veteran, was not removed, relocated, continuing to wantonly, feloniously endanger, wantonly, committing, this felonious, reckless homicide.

For his continuing, profiteering, why he is wantonly, exposing, wantonly, feloniously endangering, wantonly committing, other wanton, felonious, homicides, includes, innocent, defenseless, newborn.

For his continuing, profiteering, is continuing to cause, force, thousands, of this City, sickened, dying, poverty level, People, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Woman, Disabled, Military Veterans, in this, and all of these numerous, City, multi-family, Slumlords, infested, infected, poisoned, contaminated, apartments, to vacate, break their leases, court evicted, hopelessly, homeless.
