Demand storm shelters for those who need them

Several people in Nebraska have no where to go when the warning sirens go off signaling shelter needs to be taken. People in trailer parks, apartments, and even some houses are unsafe during a tornado. I am concerned for the families, mine included, who don't have a place to go. Tornado's are rated the most deadly natural disaster in the US, can happen quickly with little or no warning, can happen anywhere at any time of year. Cars and trailer houses are the top two most deadly places to be when there is a tornado threat. I want shelters to be offered to those who need them. I want people to have the opportunity to be safe, with shelters in an easy distance. Let us make it possible for the families that have no where to go, have somewhere they can go when their lives are threatened.
