Demand the approval of new Dedicated dementia home with hospice/emd of life wing

To enable toe provision of a state of the art 71 bed Dementia unit with hospice/endoflife wing plus providing 70 new jobs to the area. The planning department of Newark&Sherwood refused planning thinking this was just an old peoples home and therefor not required or essential. Help me wake them up and smell the roses.
