End elderly exploitation and employee abuse

I’m a CNA at Onslow House Assisted living and for months now myself and other employees have been working short staffed, a clear violation of state mandated law. Affinity living Group is the corporation who believes its ok to cut corners to make a profit off our grandparents and loved ones and putting their health in jeopardy. Over the past few months there has been a scabies outbreak and a number of resident deaths that could possibly be due to poor living conditions. The corporation I work for is an (at-will) company so any opposing views and you’re out. Please help me help those who’ve help shape this country who may no longer have the voice to help themselves by contacting N.C. State section chief @ 919-855-3765 and reporting Onslow House/ Affinity Living Group for violating (type A1) stature any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
