Youth safety (human safety)

I am a mother always concerned for my child's safety.
I had a serious experience as a child that I thankfully survived.
We have an emergency broadcast system in the USA.
I want it mandatory that under 18's and parent have to be tuned in for a once a week broadcast of worst case crimes regarding this demographic.
So many lives will be saved.
