UNSUSPEND CONCEPTINC FROM TWITCH

I was banned from Twitch on the 21st of July for something I never did. I was accused of threatened to 'swat' someone online in a game of counterstrike. I never did such thing and I am being held accountable. I am not sure this will help much but I am desperate to be unsuspended so this is the course of action I am taking. Please help me get unsuspended. All the signatures are appreciated..

There was no proof that I ever threatened to swat someone, I didn't even know what swatting was until I was banned for supposedly threatening to do it.
