Stop the cops from harassing guest going to and from the casino

Location: Twentynine Palms, CA

The sheriff don't have to much to do so they mess with everyone leaving the tortoise rock casino and after people have lost their money they get pulled over and get a stupid ticket and/or worse. The police like knowing that they run the small town and it ruins plans and reasons for others going back to the casino
