Demand finding housing for the homeless in Shasta County

I'm tired of people ignoring the homeless situation and the people who hold signs to beg for money. We have a Rescue Mission in Redding but it cannot accommodate all the homeless, hurting, hungry, unwashed, sick, cold and miserable homeless people that we have. I want funding for the homeless to receive their own place to live. Utah has asked apartment owners to set aside 10% of their complexes to accommodate the homeless people in their great state. If each state in the U.S. jumped on board with this wonderful plan then our homelessness problem would be improved and lives would be saved from perpetual misery and never having a home of their own.
