December 18th, 2018 my husband lost his step-father, my children lost their grandfather and my mother in law lost her husband. All due to a crash on State Route 32 in Union Township, Clermont County, Ohio. Since the construction on State Route 32, several accidents including this one has caused nothing but pain, misery and despair. The construction project did increase local revenue, employment opportunities, and more shopping in the area, however, with those increases comes an increase in traffic. With the design of the new on-ramps arose an issue that we can no longer ignore! 12/18/18 was the day my families lives were shaken. A mother and father lost their son, a church lost their choir director, those were just a few of his titles and many attributes. Watching the news on 01/06/2019 I heard of another family losing a valued-member of their family. Enough is enough! We need to fix this issue before someone else falls victims to a design flaw. I propose a safety light. Although a light is not the perfect solution it is the cheapest and easiest fix for this location.
