In Argentina, a group of volunteers and animal lovers are collecting clothing materials
they’ll use to create doggy sweaters and winter jackets to protect stray dogs
from the cold elements during winter.
This is the second year the campaign called “Dressing My Best Friend” (Abrigo a mi mejor amigo)
takes place. Volunteers come together to sew doggy sweaters and jackets they then place
on homeless dogs during the winter months, protecting them from the rough winter.
This year, the hand-made items will also be available for purchase and all profits will go towards buying
more materials to dress homeless pets, and also to cover medical costs for those animals
that are rescued from life on the streets.
Bless you all for the amazing work you do.
