END INSTAGRAM SPAM FLAGGING AND RACIAL FAVORITISM

I and multiple other Public Figures have repeatedly fell victim to CYBER BULLIES, Who have been Spam Flagging our accounts. At this point it appears that That Instagram / FACEBOOK , doesn't Care about the VICTIMS .. I HAVE WRITTEN THEM MORE THAN twenty Documented Times, ABOUT THE Harassment, THEY have failed to assist in recovering or holding THE PERPS RESPONSIBLE. I WANT INSTAGRAM .. TO monitor their employees better, who are assisting in the hacking and deleting of pages ..it's also come to my attention that Instagram plays racial favoritism in favor of Caucasian brands and persons.. BEFORE A PERSON is able to flag and report a page instagram should require a name, page , report number and photo verification before allowing .. SERIAL FLAGGERS TO KEEP ATTACKING OTHERS .. Their algorithm should realize by now that there is something definitely wrong .. AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ..
