A town chairman recently choked a stray dog to death right in front of a woman who was trying to save its life. And
he still hasn't been removed from his position of official authority yet.
Sign the petition to ban this dog-killer from public office!A woman was walking in the small town of Chester, Wisconsin when she spotted a lost golden retriever wandering around. As a pet-mom of golden retrievers herself, the woman knew immediately that she had to help the poor animal. So she gave the dog water, soothed it until it was calm after clearly experiencing stress and disorientation, and contacted local authorities.
They told her: bring it to the farm of the town board's chairman.
But when she arrived, she said that the chairman "charged my car" and then
"ripped the dog, that innocent soul, out of my car and was choking it in the air." She said it all happened so fast that she was in shock, sobbing as the man first yelled at the animal and then "turned his leash into a noose."
The dog died on the scene.
The local Sheriff's department has arrested the chairman and is conducting an investigation.
But it's obvious this man should not now - or ever again in the future - be allowed in a position of power! Sign the petition to remove him from his role as chairman and ban him from public service!
