Last week I was the victim of Moneygram fraud to the tune of $130. After over a week of contacting moneygram and 7/11 for help a call from 7/11 told me that Moneygram had no intention of contacting me or of helping me. 7/11 offered me a frankly offensive $5 store credit which to me doesn't make up for the stress or financial loss suffered.
7/11 are aware that Moneygram are a dodgy company, the representative I spoke with even acknowledging their constant negative Facebook feedback, but still refused to take responsibility or consider removing the machines from their stores. I wish to stop further incidents of fraud being enabled by 7/11.
