demand All insurance company’s to cover Any & All Mental health expenses

We have been back and forth with the insurance company that they will not cover an inpatient program recommended by numerous Drs without valid reason when someone is trying to help themselves. Their is no excuse why an insurance company shouldn’t help someone who is suffering. Especially when they can’t work because of the illness at hand. I want all insurance company’s to cover any and all mental health without it being an issue or excuse
