UPDATE Town agrees to postpone trial; Laura to file appeal & land use application‏

HERE IS THE FULL UPDATE I RECEIVED;

In response to the denial by the zoning officer of Laura's request for an interpretation of law that her activities do not require a kennel license, Laura is preparing an appeal and a variance application. The appeal/ variance application will be submitted by May 22nd, and will likely be heard by the Zoning Board on June 5th. The municipal trial which had been scheduled for May 16 has been rescheduled for June 6. The town deserves thanks for agreeing to postpone the trial and consider the land use application. The best solution would to reasonably resolve the land use issue and then dismiss the charges.
