Stop Antibiotic Abuse on Factory Farms

Almost 80 percent of antibiotics sold in the United States are given to food animals. Factory farms indiscriminately use these antibiotics with healthy pigs, chickens and beef cattle, not to treat sick animals but to force animals to grow to market weight and compensate for the crowded, filthy conditions in which the animals live.
