Stop Collins Jollie Development

Planned Development re-zoning will irrevocably change our quiet neighborhood. It will also create major issues with infrastructure, potential flooding and strain city resources. A Planned Development zone will allow dense residential, multi-family and condominiums to be built. Not to mention multiple COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to stop the re-zoning of Collins Jollie Road.
