People don't want to pay for parking and shop at Hutt retail shops, when they can go to the Mall and park for free. Hutt City retailers are finding it very difficult to compete with the Mall. Please make it easy for people to shop locally and show your commitment to Hutt city retailers by making one hour free parking available by signing this petition.
