Cricket should become an Olympic Sport

Cricket would gain huge benefits from the Olympics, most notably exposure to an enormous global audience and massive extra funding to developing countries, and the International Olympic Committee have already made it clear that they would welcome cricket. Women's and disabled cricket would gain unparalleled aid from an Olympic & Paralympic berth.

Cricket should be a global game - 20,000 watched Nepal play Afghanistan - but it needs the catalyst Olympic status would provide.
