Demand the State of ALABAMA have an Animal Abuser Registry

Tennessee is the only state with a law where convicted animal abusers have to register. Alabama needs this law too. You will know animal abusers are located and if they live near you. This registry works just like the child abuser registry does. We need this. Too many animals are being abused, thrown out of cars, starved, chained with no shelter, food, or water, and left in wooded areas to fend for themselves. All of this is animal abuse. With this law, people who care about animals and animal rescuers could know where these offenders live. Animal abusers have been known to abuse people as well as animals. Please sign this petition.
