Shut down puppy mills!

By signing this petition, we can lobby against puppy mills! This will be sent to every lobbyist and legislator in the US. Whether or not there are puppy mills in your state, this will affect every state. If you don't know what goes on in puppy mills, please Google them. Then you will more fully understand why they need to be shut down!
