Abolish the Keystone and PSSA Exams

These high school state exams are putting too much pressure on high school students to succeed. Many are dropping out to get their GED instead of their high school diploma. These exams need to be removed permanently or at least delayed a few more years. These exams are making students focus less on their classes and work to make time to study for these exams. These exams are both increasing the failure rate and students are receiving lower GPA Scores due to them having to study and make time to study for worthless exams. Teachers are not covering all the topics on these exams, making students have a high rate of failure. Remove these exams and the high school graduation rate will increase and the GPA Average for schools will also increase.
