Demand an End to Unjust Verdicts on the Mentally Disabled

It is not right that people with mental disabilities are treated the same in the court of law when their mental capacity is not definable in a court of law. Laws need to be changed so that the mentally disabled are not put in prisons when they really need to be put into mental hospitals and get help. They do not belong in prisons.
