Return Our Wallpapers!

We have to have dress code and so much formality and lack there-of individuality, but we can't even have our own backgrounds on our computers now. I've seen students during free time or there advisory learn how to use photoshop just to make backgrounds. They actually learned photoshop to make custom backgrounds. They give us a dress code they don't give us any freedom, but now they take away our backgrounds! This is the last straw.
