Giuliani, in his eagerness to help Trump defeat Biden, accepted Russian agents with open arms...and it was common knowledge within the intelligence community.
The irresponsibility – or more likely, the willful participation – in accepting Russian election interference by this administration is treasonous. It was in 2016, and it is in 2020.
