For 42 years, PA's 9th District has been under a plague. A plague in the form of Shuster's. 42 years of big government and too much spending. While in office, Congressman William Shuster has voted to raise the debt ceiling 14 times. He has voted to fund Obamacare, voted for amnesty, voted for cispa, sopa and The Patriot Act. Congressman Shuster runs on a platform of being a "Proven Conservative Leader" and yet turns a blind eye to the Tea Party and other conservative organizations. 42 years is long enough. Time to finally elect an actual Proven Conservative. This petition will be used to encourage Tom Smith, of Indiana County, PA to seek the Republican Nomination for the Congressional seat in PA's 9th District.
