At a private White House Easter luncheon — in remarks he tried to hide by taking the video down — Trump admitted point-blank that he will cut Medicare and Medicaid to fund his war in Iran.
"It's not possible for us to take care of Medicaid, Medicare, all these individual things. We have to take care of one thing: military protection. We're fighting wars." (source)

This isn't a dog whistle. It's not spin. It's the President of the United States telling 140 million Americans that the healthcare they paid into their entire working lives is now a "little scam" he can't be bothered with.
