MP Residents Against a Fundamemtal Change to the Community without Representation

The current owner of Magnolia Plantation Golf Course has made plans to turn hole 10 into a soccer academy open to the general public. This is appears to be in violation of the Restrictions set forth on the property in the County deed and was not approved by the HOA. It represents a fundamental change in the dynamic of the neighborhood and could effect all property values moving forward.
The County needs to hear from more than the HOA if they are to take any action. They currently feel the community is not bothered by the owners actions because the complaints are only coming from a few voices on the HOA. Please show the County we do not approve of this fundamental change to our community and desire a voice in its future.
