Allow Pagan Marriage in England and Wales to be Legal

In the UK pagans cannot have legal handfasting ceremonies in England and Wales, I feel this is a restrictive law which is unfair, especcially when Scotland has legalised handfasting - I want to be able to have a legal pagan handfasting in my country of origin, it is unfair that I would either have to have two ceremonies or go to Scotland! 
I am sure that many other UK Pagans feel this way as well. Please sign this petition and help Pagans to be able to marry according to our beliefs - just like christians and muslims.
