Climate Change is real. Climate Change is dangerous. Humans behaves contribute and create climate change and the co-existing environmental destruction.
Mr. Obama spoke of working to stop, or at least minimize, climate change and its damages.
We need to let him know that he has our support......for those of us who cannot be in Washington DC for The Climate Rally, I will send the results of the petition to The White House beforehand.
Dear Mr. Obama,
We the undersigned heard you loud and clear that Climate Change action is a top priority. We support this and call on you to BE STRONG, WORK FOR THE FUTURE, AND FIGHT FOR STRONG CLIMATE LEGISLATION.
If you want to stop climate destruction here are a few ideas:
1. NO KEYSTONE XL PIPELINE,
2. NO ARCTIC DRILLING,
3. NO FURTHER GULF DRILLING,
4. CONTINUED STRONGER MPG STANDARDS,
5. CONTINUED SUBSIDIES FOR WIND, SOLAR, "GREEN" & SMART GRIDS, BUT NOT BIG POLLUTION (OIL, GAS, COAL),
6. CLIMATE TAX OR CAP&TRADE PROGRAM SUPPORTS,
7. ANY OTHER POSITIVE IDEAS.
Sorry we cannot be in Washington DC on 17 February, but know we are there in spirit and will be watching.......as will all peoples and future generations......
NOW IS THE TIME FOR CHANGE.....YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN.
