Stop the build of nuclear power plants in the UK

There is currently a plan for another nuclear power plant to be built in the UK - we all know how dangerous these things are, and is the government seriously considering this after what happened in Fukushima?
Please help me in stopping this, and putting more lives at risk!
Last May Germany decided to close down its nuclear power stations by 2022, following the disaster at Japan's Fukushima nuclear facility.
-We want to see the UK do the same - show some respect for what happened in Japan, rather than going ahead with this project with no regard for what happened, or for the citizens of the UK.
We the undersigned would like to urge you to stop the building of another nuclear power plant in the United Kingdom.
We appreciate that it is an excellent power source, however it has to be noted that it is going to be putting many lives at risk.
Many people are going to be displeased at the UK doing this, after what happened in Fukushima only last year.
So many disasters have happened over many years, all to do with nuclear plants.
Do you really want to put lives at risk in the United Kingdom too?
